Security Policy
1.Basic Principles
AI Medical Service Inc. (“ Company”, “we” or “our”) is a Japanese corporation engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and operation of medical-related systems. We recognize that appropriate handling and adequate protection of all information including entrusted by our customers is our social responsibility.
To fulfill our corporate social responsibilities, we will establish Security Policy and promote countermeasure for security to meet the requirements for applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and contractual obligations.
2.Basic Policy
① We will establish an Information Security Committee, and implement suitable security measures and promote countermeasure for security.
② All of our officers and employees will act in accordance with Company's security rules, and make efforts to prevent security incidents on our information assets. In case of a security incident, we will take security control measures immediately, including countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
③ We will raise awareness and promote educational activities for information security.
④ We will periodically review our Security Policy according to our changes in business activities, entity conversions, and technological innovation, and will improve our information security management continuously.
⑤ I will support this Security Policy as top management of Company to ensure the implementation of our information security management.
